Ujo Posted October 12, 2009 Share Posted October 12, 2009 ja ti mogu ovako probat pomoć. ja sam sebi prvo rubove zbrusio i ofarbao sa temeljnom pa sa bojom samo iznutra naravno tako da se nije vidilo iz vana, i sa time već dobiješ 1.5cm ali loša strana je što izgubi na čvrstoći pa bi se lakše mogu udubit, ali pošto je moj auto stara baja mene to nije diralo. onda staviš rol na glavčinu, industrijski fen i griješ lak jako oprezno da se ne zapali a da malo omekša, i rolaš po rubu. i ne odjedanput previše nego u puno puta dok se to lijepo ne ispegla. ja sam svoj jedan radio 45 min i ispalo je izvrstno. izvukao sam možda još 2cm i nigdje boja nije popucala i jako je lijepo izgledalo. I've done this to a fair few cars, from the extreme on my S13, to the mega scary on my JZX100, and most recently on my E46 M3. So some tips. Set the hub height correct. when the car is jacked up, the centre of the hub is not where the it would be when on the ground. Although your flare may look okay, it won't give you the clearance all around the arch that's required. Jack the hub to the desired height before continuing.. Set the angle This is something that only you can chose. My advise is to go shallow though. Arches that are rolled up as much as out look dreadful. Get it hot. Within reason, you cannot get the metal and paint to hot. I use a heat gun and with it about 5cm's from the arch, keep it moving until the rolling area is to hot to touch.. I've never bubbled paint doing this, but I imagine if you were to leave the gun in one place for to long it wouldn't be to happy, so do be careful. Roll progressively. If you are having to use all of your strength to move the roller then back it off a turn. Even the thickest double skin arches will move if you do it progressively. Make sure you keep the roller moving otherwise the hot arch will melt the roller wheel. Extent the arm as necessary. As you flare, the arm will need to be longer to reach the arch evenly. The two most import bits of advice I can give you are: 1: REMEMBER YOUR SETTINGS Take note, or mark the angles and lengths of the roller so you can replicate on the other side.. I guarantee you will not get both sides 100% the same, but as you can never see both sides at the same time, this isn't much of an issue.. I sometimes cut a cardboard template from the profile of the first arch I've done, and try to flare the second arch to that template. 2: KNOW WHEN TO STOP This is kind of related to what I've said above about never getting both sides looking exactly the same. I have seen people 'just give this arch one last tweek' so many times, and end up with terrible looking arches. If you are doing an extreme flare, bear in mind that some cars will crease/dent the outer panel above the flare, and some cars will tear the inner arch. Ona mala spravica na glavcinu i onda s tim ili plus cekic ? Pitam iz razloga sto s cekicem postoji sansa pucanja boje na vanjskoj strani. Da li savijeni rub iznutra na kraju zastitite nekom vrstom bitumena ? U slucaju da auto ima plasticne rubnjake na blatobranima trebalo bi u tom poslu i njih ''ispilit'' i zaljepit nečim jakim na blatobran na kraju .. Ja imam tu spravicu i da se bez problema unutarni rub podvit, čak i vanjski može nešto van, ali ne pretjerano i to bez pucanja laka na vanjskoj strani. Dal je onda isti princip rada ili? ja taj unutarnji rub odpilim i ofarbam iznutra sa bezbojnim i onda sa bojom za auto, tako da se nikad ne skuzi. loše je u tome da se izgubi čvrstoća blatobrana jer više nema profila, ali pošto blatobran "omekša" lakše ga se može izvuć rolanjem! brijem da bi uspio izvuć blatobran kao na sylviama...možda ne baš toliko ali 1-2cm na vrhu se da izvuć. a ovo na e46 mi ni ne izgleda kao daje izvučeno, pa tako ima original, možda su mu samo unutrašnje rubove savili na unutra. kod savijanja unutrašnjih rubova, uvijek boja popuca, pa je opet poželjno da se taj dio ofarba sa nekom zaštitom da nebi ruzinavilo. Ujo Posted November 9, 2009 Share Posted November 9, 2009 može zato jer sa brusilicom režem L profil, znači taj rub, a i često se desi da spališ malo, i to je dovoljno da nakon nekog vremena počme ruzinavit. u svakom slučaju temeljna i boja auta i sve to iznutra ofarbat i nema greške. ništa se ne vidi, i sigurnije je. Spusti auto i ako malo bude zapinjalo, onda samo iznutra... tocno to.. auto je spusten dosta a 235/45 na 9,5x17" ET30 ne dira rubnjak.. no kada cu nagib kotaca iza ispravljati cu trebat podvit rub rubnjaka iznutra ali ne i izvlacit rubnjak..
