Jopa Posted February 18, 2014 Share Posted February 18, 2014 Jucer sam krenuo raskopati donji dio motora radi nekih dorada i primjetio sam neka cudna ostecenja na cilindrima. Glava sa motora je skinuta u 6. mjesecu, cilindre sam namazao uljem da nebi zahrdali ali cini mi se da je ipak uspjelo malo zahrdati Slika te "hrde". Meni to izgleda kao hrdja ali taj dio je bio potpuno masan od ulja pa mi nije jasno sta je to i kako je moglo zahrdjati preko sloja ulja? Kad prodjem prstima preko toga nista se ne osjeti. I jos jedno pitanje, na slici se vide risevi na vrhu cilindara. Blok je busen prije cca 5000km, sta je moguce da su se vec stvorili risevi??? I jos jedno ostecenje, takodjer se nista ne osjeti pod prstima. Nije hrda ali nemam pojma sta je to :lol: Sta napraviti? Probat prehonat blok ili mu nema spasa? Jopa Posted February 19, 2014 Author Share Posted February 19, 2014 (edited) znaci dobro je, ajde bar neka dobra vijest a da ipak malo prohonam? nije bed radi starih karika ako se malo prohona? sjetio sam se sad, auto je nekad volio malo zadimit plavo, dali je moguce da je to do toga? turbo je u odlicnom stanju, gumice ventila takodjer pa pitam jer moguce da je radi toga ili sto mi je povrat ulja iz turba previse vodoravan? With the block and measuring equipment (calibrated to BS EN ISO 10012:2003) at a temperature of 20.5 degrees Celsius (The temperature the Accralite workshop is kept at) the bore diameter needs to be 83.0mm -0.0 / +0.01mm with a Plateau Honed cylinder bore cross hatch angle of 35 - 40 degrees to a roughness of Ra 0.4 - 0.9 ƒÊm (15 - 135 ƒÊ in). This will give the correct bore to piston clearance of 0.081 / 0.088mm when measured 90 degrees to the pin and 12 to 15mm up the skirt from the base of the piston.
