Unknown Posted June 10, 2016 Author Share Posted June 10, 2016 (edited) spojili smo boost na cukicu primjetili smo da: overboost kada krene auto puni 1.5 bar, nakon kaj se se smiri na ja mislim 1.2 (ili 1bar nezan ni sam vise) ima male varijacije gore dolje. to znam osjetit u 6 oj kada ga do kraja poklopim oko 3500 i kada prode okretaje dalje ide normalno stavio sam drugi solenoid na turbo zatim i iza motora za BOW i isto greska dalje. cim napuni boost i ja pustim gas bum ta greska graska nije da mi ju stalno prikazuje, samo na ocitanju i ja se vozim sasvim normalno svaki dan s tim. da li je moguce da serijski bow ne radi kako treba i radi taj problem? da li je to normalno? Unknown Posted September 24, 2017 Author Share Posted September 24, 2017 greska se ponovo vratila i nervira me. koliko sam istrazivoa ili je blow off ili su ti soleonidi. da li ima tko tu da mi moze pomoci oko tog. dogada mi se da kada jurim i saltam pri punom gasu auto ima stanku jedno sekundu izmedu brzina i onda pocne ponovo vuci. ko da ne krene boost odmah Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Kic Posted September 24, 2017 Share Posted September 24, 2017 Prije isušena i popucala vakum crijeva ili vac box propušta nego BOV/solenoid. Kak smo pričali maloprije, nabavi silikon pa ćemo izmijenjat crijeva. Ova stanka može bit i radi overboost-a pošto nemaš precat. Otpuštanje wastegate-a bi trebalo pomoć. Malo gledam te turbine i naletim na ovu sliku. Ovo ovako ne moze raditi. Cjevcica koja ide na BOV sigurno ne ide sa el. ventila. Ta cjevcica mora ici negdje na tlacni dio jer WG-om upravlja tlak a cjevcica sa BOV-a negdje na usisnu granu iza klapne gasa (strana prema glavi motora). To na turbu je WG solenoid, boost kontrola, a BOV otvara ova skalamerija sa svojim solenoidom (zaokruzen): Prvi i najjeftiniji korak je izmijenjat sva ova crijeva, raspadnu se nakon 10 godina.
