Golf 5, sa WTCC motorom, kojeg je vozio Borkovic (navodno). 2.0 16V i navodno 286ksNakon mjerenja, imao je ipak samo 243ksKad smo vidjeli kakav je to profesionalizam...skoro smo zaplakali, ali doslovce. Magneti Marelli, sa jednom bobinom, bez senzora bregaste (krepan-mrtav), dizne pod pravim kuten na protok, ne radi mjenjac, nema dasha, dok upalis auto prodje trka...nesto strasno. Moram priznati da je vozac pravi heroj ako je to vozioBilo kako bilo, odradili smo full posao.Dodali smo 4 injektora, zamjenili 1 bobinu sa 4, dodali sve potrebne senzore, AIM dash, slozili mjenjac i mapirali.Emtron ima milion mogucnosti, pa smo kretenski visok tlak goriva od 8bara, smanjili na 5, kako bi dizne uopce normalno radile, te smo blizi red novih dizni uposlili da rade na paljenju, leru, te do 4000rpm, a onda preuzimaju vece i dalje dizne, sa vrha plenuma. Sve potpuno sekvencijalno.Slozen je mjenjac i gearshift. Auto se sad vozi i salta kao putar.Slozene su i dvije wideband lambde, te je motor “podjeljen” na 2 dvocilindarska motora, 1-4 i 2-3. Tako preciznije odredjujemo gorivo, sa 2 knocka paljenje, te je finija kontrola cjelog motora.Krajnji rezultat je 260+ks, uz ogroman dobitak momenta od 4500-7500rpm, te kompletno bolja karakteristika motora. Kako se ne bi vise vodile bitke i ratovi, otvoren je zatvoreni podforumcic ili klub TH Performance Q&A. Svi ste dobrodosli u njega, i ja cu se potruditi svakom clanu razjasniti i objasniti bilo kaj sto ga muci ili zeli znati, a da znam iz vlastitog iskustva, koje je ove godine jubilarnih 20g. Nikako mi se ne da vise gubiti vrijeme sa zna se....prestar sam Dakle, sve sto ste zeljeli ili niste saznali, o tuningu, iz prve ruke, dyno proven odgovori i bez sarkazma, ili bilo cega, sto inace caruje kada se postave bilo kakva pitanja u vezi tuninga, niti ciji je duzi ili kraci. Hic Posted September 22, 2020 Author Share Posted September 22, 2020 Drugi projekt je Ford Fiesta ST 150hp, duratec motoric.Vlasniku je dosta VisteonaEmtron KV8 sa svim djidjama midjama, za vrhunsku kontrolu motora i sasije!Treci projekt, kovani motor, hibridni K04 350ks, Emtron KV8 sa svim dodacimaAstra Bertonka, full build, super responsive fast allroad spriheric.Cetvrti build, Subaru Impreza STi 2.5 2012g.
